Estas condiciones están diseñadas para proteger la experiencia: segura, bien organizada y fiel a lo ofrecido. Al reservar, la persona contratante confirma haberlas leído y aceptarlas para todas las personas incluidas en la reserva.

La actividad incluye lo indicado en la confirmación de reserva. Habitualmente:
No incluido, salvo indicación expresa: comida o cena, ni servicios no descritos en la confirmación.
El traslado es opcional y solo se considera reservado cuando aparece en la confirmación. Si el cliente se desplaza por su cuenta, deberá llegar con tiempo suficiente al punto de encuentro indicado.
La reserva se confirma cuando se han facilitado los datos mínimos (nombre y número de personas y, en su caso, punto de encuentro/recogida) y se ha realizado el pago o señal acordada. La información confirmada por WhatsApp forma parte del acuerdo.
El precio aplicable será el indicado en la confirmación. La forma de pago habitual es Bizum, salvo que se indique otro método. Se emitirá recibo si se solicita.
La puntualidad es importante para que la actividad transcurra con fluidez. Por favor, estar en el punto de encuentro a la hora indicada. Un retraso puede afectar al desarrollo normal de la experiencia.
Esta actividad depende de condiciones meteorológicas compatibles con una experiencia segura. Si el tiempo o cualquier condición de seguridad impide garantizar un estándar mínimo de calidad, el organizador podrá cancelar o reprogramar la actividad, ofreciendo nueva fecha o reembolso.
Por causas justificadas, el organizador podrá realizar ajustes razonables en horarios, ruta o punto exacto de observación, manteniendo siempre el objetivo principal de la actividad.
Los menores deben ir acompañados de un adulto responsable durante toda la actividad. La persona contratante es responsable de que su grupo respete las normas básicas y las instrucciones del guía.
La actividad se desarrolla al aire libre, en altura, con frío, viento y poca luz. Se recomienda ropa de abrigo en capas y calzado cerrado. Si alguien tiene una condición que pueda afectar a su seguridad o comodidad, please comuníquelo con antelación.
Durante la actividad, los participantes deben seguir las instrucciones del guía, especialmente en zonas oscuras y al usar equipos ópticos.
Cada participante es responsable de sus pertenencias. No nos hacemos responsables de pérdidas u olvidos.
Pueden tomarse fotos o vídeos ambientales con fines de recuerdo o comunicación. Si alguien no desea aparecer, puede comunicarlo al inicio de la actividad.
Los datos facilitados se usarán únicamente para gestionar la reserva y coordinar la actividad. El cliente puede solicitar su corrección o eliminación a través del canal de contacto habitual.
Si surge alguna incidencia, por favor comuníquelo lo antes posible para intentar resolverla con rapidez.
Si el cliente cancela con al menos 24 horas de antelación, se reembolsará el importe pagado (o se reprogramará si el cliente lo prefiere y hay disponibilidad). Las cancelaciones con menos de 24 horas no son reembolsables, salvo fuerza mayor debidamente justificada.

These terms are designed to protect the experience: safe, well-organized and true to what is offered. By booking, the contracting person confirms they have read and accept them for all people included in the booking.

The transfer is optional and only considered booked when it appears in the confirmation. If the client travels on their own, please arrive with enough time at the indicated meeting point.
The booking is confirmed when minimum details have been provided and the payment or agreed deposit has been made. Information confirmed via WhatsApp forms part of the agreement.
The applicable price will be the one indicated in the confirmation. The usual payment method is Bizum, unless another method is indicated. A receipt will be issued if requested.
Punctuality is important so the activity runs smoothly. Please be at the meeting point at the indicated time. A delay may affect the normal course of the experience.
If weather or safety conditions prevent guaranteeing a minimum quality standard, the organiser may cancel or reschedule the activity, offering a new date or refund.
For justified reasons, the organiser may make reasonable adjustments to schedules, route or observation spot, while keeping the main objective of the activity.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The contracting person is responsible for ensuring their group respects basic rules and the guide's instructions.
The activity takes place outdoors at altitude, with cold, wind and low light. We recommend warm layered clothing and closed shoes. Please inform us in advance of any conditions that may affect safety or comfort.
Participants must follow the guide's instructions, especially in dark areas and when using optical equipment.
Each participant is responsible for their belongings. We cannot be held responsible for loss or forgotten items.
Ambient photos or videos may be taken for souvenir or communication purposes. If someone does not wish to appear, please let us know at the start.
The provided data will be used only to manage the booking and coordinate the activity. The client may request correction or deletion via the usual contact channel.
If any incident arises, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to resolve it quickly.
If the client cancels at least 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount paid will be refunded or the booking rescheduled. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are not refundable, except in duly justified force majeure.

Der Transfer ist optional und gilt nur als gebucht, wenn er in der Bestätigung aufgeführt ist. Wenn der Kunde selbst reist, bitte rechtzeitig am angegebenen Treffpunkt erscheinen.
Die Buchung wird bestätigt, wenn die Mindestdaten angegeben und die Zahlung oder vereinbarte Anzahlung geleistet wurde. Per WhatsApp bestätigte Informationen sind Teil der Vereinbarung.
Der anwendbare Preis ist der in der Bestätigung angegebene. Die übliche Zahlungsmethode ist Bizum, sofern keine andere Methode angegeben wird. Auf Anfrage wird eine Quittung ausgestellt.
Pünktlichkeit ist wichtig, damit die Aktivität reibungslos abläuft. Bitte zur angegebenen Zeit am Treffpunkt sein. Eine Verspätung kann den normalen Ablauf beeinträchtigen.
Wenn Wetter- oder Sicherheitsbedingungen die Gewährleistung eines Mindestqualitätsstandards verhindern, kann der Veranstalter die Aktivität absagen oder neu planen und ein neues Datum oder eine Rückerstattung anbieten.
Aus berechtigten Gründen kann der Veranstalter angemessene Anpassungen an Zeitplänen, Route oder Beobachtungsort vornehmen, wobei das Hauptziel der Aktivität beibehalten wird.
Minderjährige müssen von einem verantwortungsvollen Erwachsenen begleitet werden. Die buchende Person ist dafür verantwortlich, dass ihre Gruppe die Grundregeln und Anweisungen des Guides respektiert.
Die Aktivität findet im Freien in der Höhe statt, mit Kälte, Wind und wenig Licht. Warme Kleidung in Schichten und geschlossene Schuhe werden empfohlen. Bitte informieren Sie uns vorab über Bedingungen, die Sicherheit oder Komfort beeinträchtigen könnten.
Die Teilnehmer müssen den Anweisungen des Guides folgen, insbesondere in dunklen Bereichen und beim Umgang mit optischen Geräten.
Jeder Teilnehmer ist für seine Gegenstände verantwortlich. Wir können nicht für Verluste oder vergessene Gegenstände haftbar gemacht werden.
Es können Umgebungsfotos oder -videos zu Erinnerungs- oder Kommunikationszwecken aufgenommen werden. Wer nicht erscheinen möchte, kann dies zu Beginn mitteilen.
Die angegebenen Daten werden nur zur Verwaltung der Buchung und Koordination der Aktivität verwendet. Der Kunde kann Berichtigung oder Löschung über den üblichen Kontaktkanal beantragen.
Bei Vorfällen bitte so schnell wie möglich melden, damit wir versuchen können, diese schnell zu lösen.
Wenn der Kunde mindestens 24 Stunden vor dem Tour-Starttermin storniert, wird der gezahlte Betrag erstattet oder die Buchung neu geplant. Stornierungen weniger als 24 Stunden im Voraus sind nicht erstattungsfähig, außer bei ordnungsgemäß begründeter höherer Gewalt.
